The company reserves the right to make changes to the content published on the website www.zumbaliciouscrew.com.

The general terms and conditions for the website www.zumbaliciouscrew.com are composed in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-1), personal data protection (EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR), Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-2), Electronic Communications Act (ZEKom-2), and the Consumer Protection against Unfair Business Practices Act (ZVPNPP).

The website is managed by ZC d.o.o., located at Trpinčeva ulica 37a, 1000 Ljubljana, registration number: 9379177000, tax number: 97494330.

The general terms and conditions govern the operation of the website www.zumbaliciouscrew.com, the rights and obligations of the customer and the website, and regulate the business relationship between ZC d.o.o. (the provider) and the customer. The customer is bound by the general terms and conditions that are valid at the time of purchase (placing an order in the system). The customer is specifically notified of the general terms and conditions each time an order is placed and confirms their awareness of them by submitting the order.

The provider commits to always provide the following information to the customer:

  • Company details
  • Company contact information
  • Essential features of Zumba in-person, virtual Zumba, ways of collaboration with companies, and events
  • Availability of classes and events (accessible to the customer in a reasonable timeframe)
  • Clearly and unambiguously specified prices
  • Payment methods and service activation
  • Deadline for service cancellation and conditions for cancellation
  • Explanation of the complaint procedure

The customer has access to two types of training: Zumba in-person and Virtual Zumba. For Zumba in-person, there are two programs available, namely ZUMBA® and ZUMBA GOLD®. For Virtual Zumba, there are ZUMBA® ON DEMAND and VIRTUAL ZUMBA® LIVE.

Collaboration with companies is also offered in two possible forms: Office Workout and participation in team-building and other sports events.

At least once a year, Zumbalicious Crew organizes a major sports event with foreign and Slovenian guests. The purpose of these events is to promote an active lifestyle, provide new dance experience to participants, and strengthen the Zumba community in Slovenia.



Zumba in person is conducted live at 2 locations in Ljubljana:

  • Sports Hall Vižmarje Brod, Na gaju 2, 1000 Ljubljana, every Monday from 20:00 to 21:00 and Wednesday from 19:00 to 20:00, and from 20:00 to 21:00.
  • Hiša plesa, Ulica gledališča BTC 8, 1000 Ljubljana, every Tuesday and Thursday from 20:30 to 21:30.


The sessions will continue according to the schedule until further notice. The training sessions are led by members of the Zumbalicious Crew team. At each training, at least one instructor is present, and in case of any instructor's absence, they ensure an equivalent replacement. If a training session needs to be canceled due to force majeure, they inform their attendees in advance via email and verbal notification during the training. They mutually agree on how to make up for the missed training.

Zumba sessions are canceled on public holidays.

All training sessions, events, and other services are conducted by licensed Zumba instructors, members of the Zumbalicious Crew team, who commit to offering services of the highest quality to ensure customer satisfaction.


There are two options available for Virtual Zumba – Zumba® On Demand and Livestream Zumba®. You can access the video content from the comfort of your home as they are conducted virtually.

Zumba® On Demand offers video content that customers can purchase and access at their convenience. The purchased video content is accessible from the moment of purchase onwards. Access to the content is provided through a link on the website www.zumbaliciouscrew.com.

Livestream Zumba® takes place in real-time through a specific program. It provides customers with an exceptional experience as they are actively participating in a live Zumba training session through electronic devices.


They offer two collaboration options for Companies. They provide Office Workout, which can be conducted at the company's premises during working hours, virtually through electronic devices, or by having the company's employees attend training sessions at locations in Ljubljana, where the regular Zumbalicious Crew classes are held. They can create a program tailored for companies to be conducted during team-building events or collaborate in sports events and conventions. To prepare an offer, the client arranges the details with Zumbalicious Crew.



The customer can attend Zumba in-person at any time during the season, which lasts from September to June (including June). Everyone is welcome to join the first, free class to try out Zumba and decide if it suits them. Prior registration is not required. After the trial session, the customer can decide whether to continue attending Zumba classes. If they choose to do so, they have to make an online purchase on the website. They can choose between monthly Zumba, 3-month Zumba, seasonal Zumba, or purchase individual classes. After a successful purchase, the customer's attendance is automatically recorded in the records.


All current events are published on the provider's website. Each event has a description, information about its date and location, the target audience, and the price. The customer can purchase a ticket for the event easily through the website. After the purchase, they will receive a confirmation and all necessary information via email.

In the process of an online purchase, the customer can choose the option to create a user account. This account gives him access to his orders, purchase confirmations, and other information related to all past orders. Alternatively, customer can make a purchase as a guest.

The provider offers the following types of payment:

  • Credit card payment, as specified on the website (MasterCard, Visa, BA Maestro).
  • Payment by proforma invoice / bank transfer to the bank account.
  • Payment through Link/Apple Pay service.

The provider issues an invoice in a durable format, with itemized costs. The customer receives it in electronic format via email. The invoice is electronically stored on the provider's server and accessible to the customer through their email. Payment ensures that the customer receives the exact content they have purchased.



The indoor Zumba season lasts from September to June. Various ticket purchase options are available:

  • Monthly Zumba;
    • 1 class per week
    • unlimited classes
  • 3-month Zumba;
    • 1 class per week
    • unlimited classes
  • Seasonal Zumba (unlimited Zumba from September to June)
  • Individual classes purchases.



All passes allow attending Zumba at 2 locations in Ljubljana: Vižmarje Brod Sports Hall and BTC Hiša plesa, within four weekly time slots. The monthly pass for 1 class per week includes 4 visits, which the customer can schedule freely within the calendar month. The unlimited monthly pass allows unlimited visits within the calendar month. The 3-month pass for 1 class per week includes 12 visits, which the customer can schedule freely within 3 calendar months. The unlimited 3-month pass allows unlimited visits within 3 calendar months. The seasonal pass includes unlimited visits within the season. Individual visits are used within the season, and after using all visits, the customer can make a new purchase.


Passes allow attending Zumba at one location in Ljubljana: Vižmarje Brod Sports Hall, within one weekly time slot. The monthly pass for 1 class per week includes 4 visits, which the customer can use within the calendar month. The 3-month pass for 1 class per week includes 12 visits, which the customer can use within 3 calendar months. Individual visits are used within the season, and after using all visits, the customer can make a new purchase.

Missed classes cannot be carried over to the next month or season. Discounts and promotions cannot be combined.

The customer can purchase a pass through the website, which is a straightforward process. They select the desired pass and add it to the shopping cart. The purchase process guides them through clear steps, and after payment, they receive a confirmation email about the successful purchase. The purchase and use of Zumba classes are tied to the calendar month. Purchases are possible until the 5th of the month for the current month. For purchases after this date, Zumba is considered for the next month, and the provider calculates the difference for the current month based on the issued invoice. Nevertheless, customers can join at any time during the year. If this happens in the middle of the current month, the customer is charged a proportional part of the pass for the current month, and for the next month, the customer must make an online purchase.

The prices are exclusive of VAT. VAT is not calculated based on Article 94, paragraph 1 of the Value Added Tax Act (the provider is not a VAT taxpayer).


The offer is prepared according to the client's preferences. To prepare an offer, the client contacts Zumbalicious Crew via email: [email protected] or through the contact form on the website.


Events are organized once or twice a year and are announced on the homepage of the website. Tickets can be purchased through the online store on the website. The customer makes the purchase, receives a confirmation email, and on the day of the event, they come to the event location. All relevant information about the event (hotel offers nearby, program, accompanying activities) is sent to the customer's email.


Once the customer fills out the registration form and purchases the chosen pass, they commit to attending Zumba based on the purchased pass. The customer is solely responsible for how many times they will attend within the designated period. Missed classes cannot be carried over to the next month or the next (new) season. In the case of severe injuries, accidents, or prolonged absence due to health issues (with a medical certificate), the purchased pass can be "frozen," and the missed classes can be used later. However, the seasonal pass does not offer the freezing option.


Purchased tickets for events cannot be terminated or returned.

The prices of all passes and events are published on the website. All prices are exclusive of VAT. Prices are valid at the time of purchase. Prices apply when payment is made using the above-mentioned payment methods and under the above-mentioned conditions.

The provider complies with the applicable consumer protection legislation and is obliged to establish an effective system for handling complaints. In case of any issues, the customer can contact the provider via email or through the contact form on the website.

The procedure for submitting complaints is possible via email or in writing by registered mail to the company's address. The provider commits to responding to the complaint within eight business days with a proposal for further handling of the process.

The provider strives to do everything in their power to ensure that any potential disputes are resolved in mutual consensus.


As stated in the section "Termination of a Purchased Pass," the provider reserves the right not to issue refunds for purchased Zumba passes.

In the case of severe illness or injury, with a medical certificate, the provider considers a temporary freeze of the purchased pass, except for the seasonal pass. The customer is offered an alternative option to transfer the purchased missed classes.



When there are any current Zumba events with the option of purchasing tickets online, refunds are not possible after the purchase has been made.

In the event of untimely settlement of obligations by the customer, the provider informs them that they will not receive access to the classes or events, or that they will not be able to attend the in-person classes.

The online order is designed to include immediate payment. After completing the payment, the customer receives an email confirming the successful purchase.

In the case of payment via bank transfer, the customer is required to make the transfer based on the information received in the confirmation email. After the payment has been made, the customer must check whether they have received the invoice on their email, in all folders in the email. The invoice will be issued within a few days from the date of payment.

It is also the responsibility of the customer to notify the provider of any errors on the invoice via email.

The customer is obliged to settle all their obligations for which they made the (online) purchase.

The customer agrees to provide the provider with their true, accurate, and up-to-date personal or contact information.

The provider is committed to permanently safeguarding all customers' personal data. These will be used exclusively for sending informational material, new offers, events, invoices, internal events with participants, own research, and other necessary communication.

The provider undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of personal data and the privacy of customers of the online store. Providing personal data to the provider is necessary in certain cases for the provider to fulfill its contractual obligations to the customer. The provider permanently protects the collected personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-2, Official Gazette RS, No. 163/22), the Electronic Communications Act (ZEKom-2, Official Gazette RS, No. 130/22, 110/13, 40/14 – ZIN-B, 54/14 – decision of the Constitutional Court, 81/15, and 40/17, 189/21, ZDU-1M), and the General Data Protection Regulation / Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

For the purpose of providing the services it offers, the provider collects, records, processes, and stores the following customer data:

  • Name and surname
  • Residential address
  • Company name or legal entity name (if the customer is a legal entity)
  • Tax identification number of the legal entity (if the customer is a legal entity)
  • Email address
  • Contact phone number
  • Country of residence
  • Other data that the customer voluntarily enters in the form on the online store


The provider collects personal data with explicit consent or approval from individual customers.

By purchasing a ticket, the customer agrees and permits Zumbalicious Crew to collect, process, and use their personal data for the purposes of their operation, ensuring compliance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-2) and the EU GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation - Regulation EU 2016/679 GDPR). The customer grants permission for the public publication of visual, video, and audio material on social media platforms that was taken during Zumba classes and other events. The recorded material contributes to the promotion of Zumbalicious Crew's activities.

Personal data obtained through the website www.zumbaliciouscrew.com for the purpose of conducting online purchases are solely used for order processing, maintaining records of participants, and sending informative emails. Upon completing an online purchase, the customer is automatically added to the database, where they receive updates and information about Zumbalicious Crew activities. Additionally, customers are given the option to subscribe to electronic newsletters even if they haven't made an online purchase.

By participating in contests or subscribing to newsletters via email, the customer grants consent to the provider - ZC d.o.o. company - to process and store the provided personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act. With this given consent, the customer allows the provider, as the data controller, to process the collected personal data for sampling, surveys, statistical data processing, determining service usage, tailoring offers and segmentation, conducting market research, informing about offers, novelties, and benefits, sending newsletters via email, phone numbers, and other advertising materials, informing customers about provider's services and related entities, and for other forms of using the provided data to which the customer specifically agrees. The collected data will not be disclosed to third parties.

The customer has the right to obtain information about their personal data held by the provider, as well as the right to request the deletion of such data. If the customer has any questions regarding the deletion, processing, or use of personal data, they can contact: [email protected] or send a request to the provider by mail (via registered mail) to ZC d.o.o., Trpinčeva ulica 37a, 1000 Ljubljana, with a note "Zumbalicious Crew." The customer can unsubscribe from receiving notifications at any time by sending a message to [email protected] or automatically through the unsubscribe link provided in the email.

The provider is obliged to protect the customers' personal data in accordance with the regulations governing the protection of personal data. Under no circumstances will the provider disclose the customers' personal or other data to any third party without explicit permission from the customer unless required by state authorities, prescribed by law, or in good faith, when such action is necessary for legal proceedings or other state authorities and for protecting and fulfilling the legitimate interests of the company.

The website takes appropriate measures and uses methods and means to ensure data protection.
